Today Allen volunteered as one of the watch dogs (Dads of Great Students)at the girls school. He volunteered in different classrooms throughout the day and got to eat lunch with both of the girls. The girls have been looking forward to this all year.
Another exciting thing up at the school was that Johnny
Rowlands (
KMCB 9) landed his helicopter right at the school. I took the boys up to watch him land the helicopter. He came to give a presentation to the students about tornadoes and severe weather. The boys were excited to see a helicopter landing, but more excited to see Daddy. There school will be on the New tomorrow morning.
