In an effort to make my evening tolerable... home alone with all 4 kids... I decided that I would get them all down for an early Bedtime. Dinner had been served, now it was bath time. The girls shower, the boys get baths, and occasionally the girls want to join their brothers just for fun. We probably won't be able to do this too much longer so I took a photo of them all having fun. Bath time has always been one thing that I can do when the house gets too loud or the whining gets to be too much.

Joe Fish
I sent this pic to a few of you in email, but I wanted to post it here too because its so darn cute. Thomas as you all know has been attending speech for some time, he is improving and really trying hard to say things correctly. Recently he has been trying to say Joseph's name perfect, but it comes out as Joe Fish. I think its the cutest nick name, don't you think.Pajama Time
I guess its finally that time of year again, when the weather gets cold and you have to turn the heat on in the house. The kids love to wear their "slippery pajamas". You might know them as footed pajamas. They love to run and slide across the wood floors in them, so they have termed them slippery pajamas. This was the first night of wearing them so I of course made them all pose for a few pics.

Blue sucker
I have really been enjoying watching the boys play together recently. Thomas really tries hard to include Joseph in everything he does. Quick little story, today I had a Dr. apt and had to bring both the boys. While I was talking to the Dr., Thomas was apparently entertaining Joseph, by sharing his blue sucker. I wish I had my camera with me, it would have been a great picture. I didn't notice that Joseph had blue lips and a blue tongue until I was checking out. I said, "Thomas why does Joseph have a blue mouth" his reply, "Baby shoshif likes sucker" The receptionist and the nurse tried hard not to laugh too much as I was cleaning up Joseph's face. He sure was smacking his lips though. Yum! Yum!

Iron Woods Park and Dunn's Cider Mill
What a surprise, the kids found little frogs to catch at this park too. We didn't take any home this time.
I tried to get a cute picture of the kids walking across the bridge holding hands, finally gave up and snapped this one.

This is the scarecrow that Won First prize.
http://http://millsite.homestead.com/ here is a link to the cider mill, they have the best donuts. We also bought some cranberry, jalapeno jelly. This last picture is of some of the scarecrows that were in the contest. Next year we are going to try and design a scarecrow and enter it into the contest.

Trip to Antioch Park
Today the kids and I met my parents out at Antioch park. I think if I would have let them they would have stayed all day, but Mommy had to get home to take a nap before work.

Joseph, just happy as usual to be outside.

"Me and my Shadow...." Thomas was so excited when he noticed his shadow today.

Yes, once again the kids (Grandpa really) caught a turtle. We can't seem to go to a park without catching a turtle, a frog or a toad. The turtle came home in a Capri sun box, and they will let him go this weekend. They were concerned he was "starving" so they fed him berries from one of the trees there, and at home have been feeding him lettuce and grapes.
Kids exploring down by the pond.
Posing for pictures again. Mommy never gives them break.
